WARWICK, R.I. (WPRI) — A Philadelphia man was arrested Monday after 317 pounds of marijuana was found in his van during a traffic stop in Warwick.

According to Rhode Island State Police, a trooper pulled over the minivan for laned roadway violations on I-95 North just before noon. During the stop, police said the trooper noticed the smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
