Matt Harding of The Library joined us on The Rhode Show to make their Chicken and Red Velvet Waffles.
Chicken (boneless and skin less)
Salt and pepper
1) Marinate chicken, brown sugar, chopped rosemary together for 24 hours. Rinse and set aside.
2) Mix flour, salt and pepper together, toss chicken in flour mix and fry at 350 until GBD
Follow directions on package. serve with maple syrup on the side.
Red velvet waffle:
Add a table spoon of coco powder and a teaspoon of red food coloring to 2 cups of waffle mix
Vanilla cream cheese mix:
3# cream cheese
2 cups powder sugar
1tablespoon vanilla extract
Mix in Cuisinart together and set aside
