In the Kitchen: Pan-Seared Scallops with Grilled Veggies and Cole Slaw

Domenic Bitto from Evelyn’s Drive-In joined The Rhode Show kitchen Thursday to make Pan-Seared Scallops with Grilled Veggies and Cole Slaw.

Ingredients:
Sea Scallops
Basil
Thyme
Lemon peel
Garlic & onion (can be minced or powder)

Vegetable: zucchini and squash sliced with salt and black pepper.

Cole Slaw:
Mayo
Sugar
Vinegar
Celery salt

With a side of our own horseradish sauce and some greens.
