Cranston police looking to identify theft suspects

CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) — Detectives with the Cranston Police Department need the public’s help identifying a man and a woman wanted in connection to a theft.

The department released surveillance pictures of the suspects Sunday on its Facebook page.

According to police, the pair stole a woman’s wallet at the Ocean State Job Lot on Elmwood Avenue.

The two were then seen leaving the store and getting on a RIPTA bus.
