Police charge 3 more in Cranston carnival brawl

CRANSTON, R.I. (WPRI) — Cranston police have arrested three more people in connection with a big fight at a local carnival.

In a news release issued Thursday, police said three adults have been charged in connection with the large fight that broke out on May 28 at Mulligan’s Island Golf and Entertainment Center.

Kyle Arnold, 21, of Coventry, is charged with three counts of simple assault and disorderly conduct. He was arraigned in Third District Court and surety bail was set at $2,000, police said.

Adonis Gonzalez-Shannon, 21, of West Warwick, is charged with disorderly conduct. He was released on personal recognizance and is scheduled to appear for an arraignment at a later date, according to police.

Stephen Stabile, 18, of Coventry, is charged with disorderly conduct. He was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace and was given a court date.

Eight people, including three adults and five minors, were arrested last week in connection with the fight.
