This morning in Delicious Drinks, we’re raising a glass for dear old dad ahead of Father’s Day this weekend.

For the “Old School” Dad:
Blood & Sand
1 oz. Tomintoul single malt scotch whisky
1 oz. Cherry Heering
1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
1/2 oz. Perfect puree blood orange
1/2 oz. POM juice
METHOD: Shake ingredients very well with ice and strain into a martini glass.
GARNISH: orange peel
For the “Rhody” Dad:
1 oz. rum
1 oz. Coffee Heering
1 oz. milk
1/2 oz. vanilla syrup
METHOD: Shake ingredients very well with ice and strain over ice into a rocks glass.
GARNISH: freshly grated nutmeg
For the “New Age” Dad:
Thyme & Citrus Cooler**
1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Maraschino cherry liqueur
1 oz. Perfect Puree Thyme & Citrus blend
3 dashes bitters
Top w/ Artisanal soda of choice
METHOD: Build ingredients directly into a highball glass with ice and stir briefly.
GARNISH: fresh thyme and lime wheel
**can also be made non alcoholic for the Dad who doesn’t drink
