Keebler Animal Crackers recalled, peanut ingredients found

PROVIDENCE, R.I (WPRI) —

Armour Snackmakers have recalled their Keebler Animal Crackers due to undeclared peanut ingredients.

According to the FDA, the amount of peanut exposure from the flour is low, but anyone with severe peanut allergies should avoid the cookies.

There have been no reports of any illnesses. Consumers can call Armour Snackmakers at 1-877-933-4625.

Frito-lay has also recalled one of their products. They say that some of their Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos actually contain Nacho Cheese Doritos.

The Nacho Cheese Doritos contain milk ingredients that would not be included in the ingredients list.

No other flavors have reportedly been effected and no illnesses have been reported.

Honey Pecan Baklava Bars and Bear Naked Soft Granola made by Kashi has been recalled.

The company stated that the products recalled may contaminated with listeria. This can be especially harmful for young children, people with weakened immune systems. It is also known to cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.

Consumers can call Kashi at 1-877-747-2467.

If you have any of the products at home, throw them out and then call the company for a recall.
