In the Kitchen: Homemade Stuffies

Christine and Alexandria Kitsilis of Angelo’s Palace Pizza joined us in The Rhode Show Kitchen to show us how to make their Homemade Stuffies.


4 cups linguica
1 white onion
2 red peppers
salt and pepper
4 cups minced clams w/ juice 2 sticks butter
1-2 bags crushed Ritz crackers

1) Melt butter

2) Add linguica, sautee until browned

3) Add onion, sautee until translucent

4) Add red pepper and sautee for 2 mins

5) Add clams, bring to simmer, then remove from heat

6) Add crushed ritz, a mix until everything is moistened

7) Fill the shells

8) Sprinkle top with butter and panko

9) Cook at 350 for 12 mins
