The Buzz: Selfies are happiness

Selfies are still a big trend among social media users, and a new study links selfies with happiness.

Researchers at the University of California, Irvine, found that the practice “practicing exercises that can promote happiness via smartphone picture taking and sharing can lead to increased positive feelings for those who engage in it”.
