In the Kitchen: Ravioli Alla Boscaiola

Owner/Executive Chef Giuseppe Tomassini of Diversi Pizzeria Ristorante, joined us in The Rhode Show kitchen to show us how to make their Ravioli Alla Boscaiola.

Ingredients:

  • White onion
  • Portobello mushroom
  • Diced Italian ham (prosciutto cotto)
  • Home made heavy cream

Directions:

  1. Boil the ravioli to taste
  2. Saute in white onion
  3. Add mushroom and dice Italian ham to top
  4. Spread home made cream over
