North Attleboro soccer coaches retire

NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WPRI) — A drill conducted during a soccer practice in North Attleboro has led to the resignation of the coaches at North Attleboro High School.

A report arose from last Sunday’s soccer practice that a certain practice drill left some of the girls confused and concerned, according to the Superintendent Suzan Cullen.

“The district fully investigated the incident and concluded the situation did not reflect the core values of the district. Because of this incident, the soccer coaches have resigned,” she said.

The nature of the incident or names of the coaches have not been released.
