In the Kitchen: Lobster Mac N Cheese

On Monday, Go Providence brought us Chef Eddie Colace from Dublin Rose to show us how to make some delectable comfort food.

Prep Time: Approximately 30 minutes
Cook Time: Approximately 5 minutes


  • 6 oz. Cavatappi Pasta
  • 4 oz. Fresh-Picked Lobster
  • 2 oz. each Cheddar, Mozzarella, Gouda, and Provolone
  • Butter
  • Light Cream
  • Spinach
  • Smoked Bacon
  • Fresh Scallions
  • Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Garlic, Salt, Red Pepper, and Parsley

Lobster Mac N Cheese ingredients


  1. Boil pasta and set aside.
  2. Combine cheese, cream, butter, spinach, smoked bacon, and lobster.
  3. Toss in pasta, put in casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle more cheese on top.
  5. When done, sprinkle breadcrumbs and add fresh scallions to finish.
