Prep Time: Approximately 30 minutes
Cook Time: Approximately 5 minutes
- 6 oz. Cavatappi Pasta
- 4 oz. Fresh-Picked Lobster
- 2 oz. each Cheddar, Mozzarella, Gouda, and Provolone
- Light Cream
- Smoked Bacon
- Fresh Scallions
- Panko Bread Crumbs
- Garlic, Salt, Red Pepper, and Parsley
- Boil pasta and set aside.
- Combine cheese, cream, butter, spinach, smoked bacon, and lobster.
- Toss in pasta, put in casserole dish.
- Sprinkle more cheese on top.
- When done, sprinkle breadcrumbs and add fresh scallions to finish.

About the Chef:
“Chef Colace started his culinary career at a young age in his grandfather’s restaurant, working his way up through the industry to achieve the status of Executive Chef. From this, Eddie developed a sense of pride and understanding of what family and exceptional food means. Recently, his culinary adventures guided him to New York City, where he cooked on The Emril Lagasse Show, ABC’s The View and Rocco Dispirito live. With a magnetic personality and sense of humor, Eddie brings a high level of spontaneity and excitement to the experience of not just eating, but eating well.”
