Two Chariho HS students facing assault charges

RICHMOND, R.I. (WPRI) — Two Chariho High School students are facing assault and battery and disorderly conduct charges, in two different incidents.

Police said on October 26, a 17-year-old male student allegedly placed a 14-year-old male student in a headlock and punched him in the head several times.

In another incident happening on Tuesday, a 15-year-old student was arrested after he reportedly walked up to another student in the hallway and punched him in the face for no reason.
