Police respond to Shea High School in Pawtucket

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WPRI) — Police in Pawtucket surrounded Shea High School Wednesday afternoon.

The officers responded at about 12:30 p.m. to the school on East Avenue.

It’s not yet clear what police were investigating.

Superintendent Patti DiCenso’s secretary said all students are safe and police responded to the school as a precaution, but could not elaborate any further.
