ATTLEBORO, Mass. (WPRI) — Racist graffiti in an Attleboro High School bathroom was removed by Thursday, according to the school’s principal.

Principal Bill Runey told Eyewitness News that he was first approached by a student on Tuesday concerning the graffiti that suggested the KKK would deal with African Americans.

Runey stated the incident is being investigated internally.

Despite cameras near the bathrooms, he said, it is difficult to identify exactly when the graffiti was written and who committed the act.
