PHILADELPHIA, PA (WPRI) — Legendary Mount Saint Charles hockey coach Bill Belisle entered the hallowed grounds of the U.S.A. Hockey Hall of Fame Wednesday night. Belisle was honored along with Chris Janney and the 1996 USA World Cup of Hockey team.

Belisle’s success with the Mounties is well known. He has amassed 990 wins, 32 state championships–including 26 straight- and coached more than 20 players that went on to play in the NHL.

Bill Belisle was joined on stage by his son Dave, his assistant coach for many years with the team.
