WOONSOCKET, R.I. (WPRI) — The Rhode Island SPCA is offering a $1500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of whomever killed two cats in Woonsocket last month.

RISPCA Director Dr. E.J. Finocchio said both cars were shot with a pellet gun. He said he believes the suspect is likely a teenager who lives in the same neighborhood.

Fincchio also said he was disappointed no one had yet come forward.

“Kids talk. If parents know their child has a pellet gun, they should come forward,” Finocchio said. “It’s the right thing to do.”
