  • Asparagus
  • Peas
  • Butter
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Parmigiana Origiana
  • Lemon Zest

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Blanch asparagus, then shock it.
  2. Lay on baking sheet, dress with olive oil, salt & pepper.
  3. Broil on high for color.
  4. Put peas on pan with asparagus.
  5. Spring cheese over cooked vegetables.
