- Squash Flowers
- Provolone cheese
- Prosciutto di Parma
- Grated cheese
- Take squash flower and stuff it with provolone cheese and prosciutto
- Lightly dip in an egg batter
- Pan fry and place over a San Marzano tomato sauce with garnish.
