In the Kitchen: Cubano

Chef Max Reeves of Red’s Street Kitchen joined us in The Rhode Show kitchen to show us how to make his Cubano. This will be one of the recipes featured at The 3rd Annual Providence Food Truck Festival & Craft Beer Festival.

Ingredients:

  • Massa Pimento Roasted Pork Loin
  • Braised Pork Shoulder
  • Swiss Cheese
  • Pickles
  • Mustard
  • Sriracha
  • Papa Seco Roll

Directions:

  1. Sear Pork
  2. Build sandwich
  3. Press
  4. Add Sauce at the end
