Executive Chef Helder Vasconcelos from The Barn Food and Spirits joins us in the Rhode Show kitchen making “The Goon,” which is grilled chicken with arugula, smoked applewood bacon, sliced granny smith apple, and apple butter on a brioche bun served with waffle fries and a dill pickle spear.

- 1 TBL Rotisserie Chicken spice
- 1 TBL Olive oil
- 4oz Fresh baby arugula
- 4 slabs Applewood smoked bacon
- 1 Granny smith
- 2 TBL Apple butter
