NOAA Releases 2017 Hurricane Season Outlook

With the start of the 2017 Hurricane Season just one week away, NOAA released its forecast for the Atlantic. It’s expected be similar to the 2016 season, with the likelihood of another above average season.  An average season produces 12 named storms.
